It’s impossible to do science, or have a meaningful political debate; if you don’t first nail down your operational definitions. Sex is biological, “gender” is a social-psychological construct. What does “gender change” mean, when “gender” is whatever anyone wants it to be, at any given moment? Even “sex-change” is a misnomer; because no one knows how to actually do that yet (I’m allowing for the possibility that some future genetic technology will make it possible). At least “sex-change” implies some cutting and sewing. “Gender change” could be all in the mind of the changeling.
That action is a typical tactic of the Homosexual community. They claim that they were born that way and then say there is nothing wrong in their heads. It’s one or the other, they cannot have both.

They’re born that way (who would choose to be in a group recently ostracized and criminalized?). They see nothing wrong in their heads. Value judgements are in the head of their critics.
