Wage Raises: Donald Trump, Nancy Pelosi Tout Rival Plans
Breitbart ^ | 05/09/2019 | Neil Munro

Americans’ wages need to grow faster, says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Jobs “are not producing the wages that people need to meet their needs,” Pelosi said at a Washington Post event. She continued:

And people still feel scarred by what happened in 2008 when their home [mortages] were underwater, their pensions were at risk, they were living off their savings, their children’s education [was] in doubt. A large part of the answer is what it has always been: stop the illegals from getting jobs and depressing wages, and get the ones already working OUT.

Stiff fines and/or imprisonment for the employers who employ them.

This administration needs to be as tough on this major issue as they are on trade.

I blame the entire financial debacle of 2008 on the Congress class of 2007 when Pelosi took over as Speaker and she started the sub-prime bubble based on the Clinton “Community Reinvestment Act”. It is a good thing I am not in charge of dispensing cumuppance.
