Anymore I think the police are far more afraid of cameras than they are afraid of guns.

I really and truly wish they’d calm down.

I’d add ‘before anyone gets hurt’ but that moment passed a long time ago.

The county responded to Grimm’s lawsuit last year and said that his actions provoked the shooting.

The cop thought the camera was loaded?

“I really and truly wish they’d calm down.”

I do, too. And then this happens.

Cop thought the camera was a gun.

So he shot the guy.

I have mixed feelings on this. The guy WAS a journalist, so OK. Shoot him.

But over all - there is those still pesky Constitution things. So not OK.

Looks like a “Pen is mightier than the sword” argument.

And the pen has run outta ink.

The modern media version is: “The poison pen is mightier that the sword.”

Frankly, I would bring back dueling. Let these smarmy elitist back up their lying "penmanship' when the matter of lead is "flying in the air".

I adhere to the saying "An armed society is a polite society'
