Basically leading with short dispatches saying the North Koreans did this at around 0906 am local Saturday (8:06 pm eastern USA) in Korea/Japan, about 90 minutes ago, into the Sea of Japan, traveling 70 to 200 kilometers from a launch site near Wonsan on DPRK east coast.

It's interesting, some on this thread say they're tired of phrases such as, "anti-Trump, never-Trump" etc because they say this is some kind of hero worship for Trump. As if it's not the absolute truth where all the the usual suspects, the deceitful Democrats, media, deep state etc., are not 100% against Trump 24 hours a day, year in, year out. Every word and action Trump says or makes, they're right there bad mouthing and attempting to discredit and defile Trump 24/7. Be very aware of these people.

Person B says you’re a Cruzbot, you’re a Never Trumper because of a disagreement in policy. Person A defends himself from being called the school yard names and person B plays the passive aggressive pansy for being called out on it by person A. Person B continues extolling virtue by whining to others about their predicament.
“Intolerant bullies, Cruzbot, Never Trumper, Never Trump” are all boring, overused, yawn inducing, infantile terms used to shut down debate about disagreements in policy. These tactics are no different than liberal juveniles yelling “racccissst” at every turn. The only folks I see still completely butt sore point to a person in a primary that was defeated over 3 years ago. Have primaries in the past been testy? Yup. However this one tops them all. Still to this day I think I still hear incantations of “the power of Cruz compels you” Are there folks that hate Trump? Sure there are. But I see none in this thread. My suggestion for a valid defense of points would be to no pull out the Cruz card. It makes your argument weak.
So implying or calling someone an ignorant fool is akin to not supporting the President? Sounds more to me like taking a position on what he feels is foolish ignorance displayed by the President and you’re making it exactly what people are saying “about the person.”
Did he use the term stupid to directly attack the President? Did he State we have a stupid President for such actions or the actions he is taking are stupid? Big difference. To place equivalence on what he has said vs. CNN and MSM hatred is a stretch. The more people set aside personal feelings for the person and place just as much emotion behind disagreements in policy the better off debate is. Nothing in his statements I see disparage or discredit our President. When did conservatives adopt such a messiah complex that made being critical of a person’s policy an unforgivable sin?

North Korea has set a clock ticking for the end of the year. As Kim warned in his New Year’s Day message even before the Hanoi summit, the United States only had so much time before North Korea’s patience would run out. Saturday’s launches are yet another reminder to Trump about what stands to be lost: this time it was a small missile, but it might not be so small in a matter of weeks or months. There is no surprise that too much was assumed of the Norks and that in principle, coddling or flattering dictators (it cannot be denied this was ta tactically tried) indeed has its limits and is failing. This is the reality here in Asia.
I read the posts. I’m sorry I just don’t look through rose collected glasses and see things written that aren’t there. He clearly is taking exception with his policies with respect to N. Korea. For someone taking that stance I’d right call it foolish ignorance too and naive to think you can reason and make nice with a mad man. While I may not agree that meeting him is foolish and ignorant to try to place a foot forward I still do not think such belief to the contrary is anti anything.
So no I wasn’t against him trying to talk to N. Korea however in retrospect I was an ignorant fool to believe that meeting fishy the madman of the North would result any anything different than what is playing out. There is no hatred in that comment
I’m sorry but the left too had a messiah complex with respect to Obama. Some swore they saw him walk on water, spoke in tongues, fainted at his touch even if his policies were driving us straight off a cliff. Is Trump anywhere close to Obama? Not even close and I think he’s an excellent President. However there is definitely a cult of personality that surrounds him and the mere utterance of disagreement with policy is quickly defended by those that don’t offer retort based on policy but on the person. Call it what you wish but I’ll call a spade a spade.
