Is it reasonable to hold people of the past to our contemporary moral sensibilities or are we all just products of our own time? Will future generations condemn us for practices regarding race or class or gender that we consider perfectly acceptable today? What will they say about our practice of legalized abortion or use of fossil fuels? I’m not sure we will stand up to future standards any better than the past does to ours.
Will they study how blacks kill whites in our time, and nothing is said about it ? We live in such a dumb time. Phony, everything done to keep our money masters happy.
