Unfortunately, CA will appeal to the 9th Circus, who will reverse. Then some time in 2020 or 2021, SCOTUS will decline to hear the case and it will stand. Such is the typical path for 2A cases here in 9th Circus world.

I should add, that at this point I don’t trust Wobbly Roberts. We need at least one more solid vote before we send any important 2A cases to SCOTUS.

We had our chance to shore up the Second Amendment on the federal level. Instead we got a bumpstock ban.

The 9th already upheld Benitez’s suspension of the law. Strong support for their holding of this decision.

The article stated that Judge Benitez’ ruling was well-reasoned and comprehensive, so that it has an optimal chance of standing.

That was before Justice Kavanah replaced Kennedy. It’s a different court now. And in a year or two there could be one of two more Trump justices. Don’t be so defeatest.
