GOP rep calls for investigation into Schiff

Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.) on Thursday called for an investigation into House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), citing his past rhetoric about President Trump and his family in the special counsel probe into Russian election meddling.

“Isn’t that the information that we need to know?” Hice, who serves on the House Oversight and Reform Committee, told Hill.TV when asked whether he agreed with Trump’s recent comments calling for Schiff to be forced out of office, and he suggested the California lawmaker may have committed a crime.

“Let’s find out,” Hice continued. “Let’s open it up. Let’s bring those people forward.”

“As I said, we need to find out,” he said when asked directly whether he thought Schiff was a criminal.

“I don’t know all that he’s done, but what I do know is that he’s been on the forefront for two years claiming that he had evidence that the president colluded with Russia,” he continued. “I believe thoroughly that was false. He was either misled, or he was misleading, and we need to get to the bottom of it.”

“So Adam Schiff needs to be one that comes forward. If he has evidence, put it on the table. So if he has committed crimes, we need to find out, and I think that is one individual, absolutely, that needs to be brought forward for a thorough investigation,” Hice continued.

Hice’s comments came as Schiff hit back at Republicans on Capitol Hill for calling for his resignation.

“My colleagues may think it is OK the president’s son was offered dirt as part of an effort to help Trump,” Schiff said. “You might think it is OK. I don’t.”

Several months ago, realpolitics.com reported that Cong Schiff, appearing on Meet The Press, actually
saud "he had evidence but couldnt show it," suggesting to a national audience that he, alone, had privileged
information nobody else had.

Why is Schiff's statement so shocking? B/c it's true.....and mentioning that he had such information is an "illegal leak."

Adam Schiff is the Chair (and former ranking Democrat member) of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Schiff's position allows him to see top secret data WRT the safety and security of Americans.
Schiff oversees all or part of the following executive branch agencies:

-Office of the Director of National Intelligence
-Central Intelligence Agency
-Defense Intelligence Agency
-Department of Defense
-Department of Energy
-Department of Homeland Security
-Department of Justice
-Department of State
-Department of Treasury
-Drug Enforcement Administration
-Federal Bureau of Investigation
-National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
-National Reconnaissance Office
-National Security Agency
-Office of Naval Intelligence
-Air Force Intel, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency
-United States Army Intelligence and Security Command
-United States Coast Guard Intelligence
-Marine Corps Intelligence Activity

To date, publicity-obsessed Schiff has appeared on some 250 TV programs, haranguing and harassing and trying to
embarrass, the president, his family, and those connected to the Trump campaign.

Schiff is one of the disgruntled Hillary Democrats who never saw the Trump win coming and have spent their time---
since the day Trump was elected---trying to discredit the president.

=============================================

ADDENDA Schiff employed in his office, Imran Awan clan, as a high-paid IT staffer ..... now suspected of global spying.
At no time did Schiff advise these agencies that foreigners accessed intel data that could be used to imperil the safety and security of Americans.

WAS SCHIFF FRAUDULENTLY CERTIFIED AS BEING LAWFULLY ELECTED? Under laws governing “fraudulent practices,” it’s a third-degree felony to “knowingly and willfully ... make or use any false document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry,” connected to the Department of State which certifies elections. While the fraud statute may or may not be contained in the state’s election code, it relates to the Schiff election because the affidavit of certification concerns the elections division, which falls under the Department of State.

==========================================

It is entirely possible that Schiff's Congressional activities have violated federal laws that might include, but are not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:
<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Fox News: Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen Spent 10 Hours With Schiff's Staff Pre-testimony
newsmax.com ^ | 3/8/2019 | theodore bunker / FR Posted by bitt
Pres Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen met with House Intel Chair Adam Schiff, Dem-Calif, several times before testifying before the panel.

According to two unnamed sources, Cohen met with Schiff's staff in NY at least four times, for a total of 10 hours, before his appearance before Schiff's committee. Fox News reports Cohen and Schiff's staff discussed several of the topics that came up during the panel's hearing, including
<><> the National Enquirer's policy of stifling stories,
<><> the CEO of its parent company, American Media, and,
<><> Trump's alleged actions regarding the value of his family business.

Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, sent a letter to Cohen's legal team Wednesday requesting answers about his contacts "with Democratic Members or Democratic staff of SSCI [Senate Select Committee on Intelligence], COR [House Committee on Oversight and Reform], or HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] prior to his appearances before House and Senate committees last week." Remember this one? Two Russian comics call him and convince Schiff they have “compromising info” about Pres Trump.

And stupid Schiff falls for it..... hook line and sinker.

This is the hilarious password the callers to Schiff told him was “Flynn’s password” for meeting with Russians.
“Weather Is Good on Deribasovskaya, It Rains Again on Brighton Beach.”

To fully appreciate the hilarity of this prank one must know about the 1992 film:

Catch it here.

Wouldn't he have to give back all the bribe money if he did??

Its amazing that the democrats are hanging their condemation of Trump on that meeting with the Russian lawyer is strange. The lawyer met with democrats first and after the meeting in the Trump Tower. The Russian did not bill her self as a member of the Russian government. Their was no crime in listening to her. Clinton paid a foreigner who paid Russia for dirt on Trump.

There was no crime in wanting to hear dirt about Hillary. Hillary paid to find dirt about Trump. And Trumps son was not a member of the government and had never been one. So there was no expectation of him knowing who was and was not connected to the Russian government.

Trumps family is allowed to know dirt. Hillary sure did try to find out dirt on Trump. And Trump never did business with Russians. He held a Miss Universe Pageant in Russia. And he was offered to bid on a building there. But he did not take up the project. And therefore he did not do business there, as he said.

Adam Schiff is a lair. He does not spin the truth. He breaks it. He leaks, which is bad for someone who is head of the intelligence committee. And he is clearly not trustworthy. A true partisan hack.

If Adam Schiff had information concerning the degree and kind of “collusion” that Team Trump had with the Russian Federation at any level, it was incumbent and absolutely obligatory that he should have shared that information with the Mueller investigatory team. Ir is not as if he could not get into contact with them at any time, nor would he have been rebuffed if he has just showed up at their door with the “proof” he claims to have. But there WAS no such “proof”, and Adam Schiff made no effort whatsoever to contact the Mueller team.

Liar on at least two levels already, and we have not even gotten into the content of the imaginary “claims”.

Does “Put up or shut up” mean nothing at all to this clown?

Joe McCarthy, all those years ago, actually DID find some Communists who had infiltrated both the Department of the Army and the State Department. Yet see how horribly he was excoriated and sharply censured by his fellow Senators and much of the press, and his name is forever linked with “McCarthyism”, a sick view of overzealous and sometimes indiscriminate hurling of charges that may have had basis in fact, but took on alarming proportions.

Only, Joe McCarthy had far more basis for his accusations than ever Adam Schiff has come up with, making what Congressman Schiff is doing so much worse than what Senator McCarthy ever did.

Is the term “Schiffism” about to enter the lexicon for truly over-the-top accusations with no basis in fact, and calumny in a grand scale, repeated over and over?

On and off digging [Knowingly]’s connection to the Standard Hotels came across this -

Standard Hotels Has a New Major Investor From Thailand

https://skift.com/2017/11/08/standard-hotels-has-a-new-major-investor-from-thailand/

Thailand... experts in human sex trafficking.

Sansiri Public Company Ltd., a Bangkok-based real estate developer, is investing $58 million into Standard International and One Night, securing a 35 percent stake in the company. That’s part of an overall $80 million investment in a handful of technology and lifestyle companies, Sansiri announced Wednesday.

As Skift has noted before, there’s increasing interest among developers and the hospitality industry overall into the concept of co-working and co-living spaces, so Sansiri’s investment in JustCo, one of Southeast Asia’s largest providers of co-working spaces, makes plenty of sense here.

Co-working and co-living spaces - sounds kind of like the plantations Gewgle and Fakebook are interested in for their slaves (employees).

Sansiri, a child-friendly business organisation, supports the end of child labour. We have extended our collaboration with contractors to provide “Child-Friendly Spaces” at construction sites.

Child friendly..
