There are CURRENTLY 151 federal judicial vacancies with 66 nominees pending in the REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED Senate: https://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/judicial-vacancies/current-judicial-vacancies

So the number of federal judicial vacancies has continued to grow (from 144 to 151) faster than the REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED Senate has been confirming Trump’s judicial nominees. Lindsay Graham and Mitch McConnell need to fix this and fix it rapidly, They have been doing a good job of confirming Circuit Court Appeals Judges but they need to be doing equally well with District Court Judges since it’s Judges at that level who take it upon themselves the power to enjoin President Trump’s actions. And Graham needs to not allow the Blue Slip process to be used by Democrat Senators to veto Trump’s district court nominees.

The Senate ain’t doing jack. Graham’s been talking for months about he’s going to investigate FISA abuses and all he has done is talk. If there is a more corrupt, useless, bunch of bloodsuckers in the GOP, I’ve yet to see them.
