Just bought a copy, $5.40 Prime. I was amazed that Amazon listed it, but there have been no reviews so far to tip them off.

I’ll leave one, but just positive with no polemics. I suggest you do the same there, as you will not convince them of anything. This story needs telling and rewarding.
