Doe's this mean his Accuracy Rating goes back down to 99.4%?
It's not good for him to be so wrong about something.

When he makes-up his own “accuracy rating”, he can call it any number that he wants. I consider it a good day for myself when I don’t have a major screw-up at all; small ones I can fix.
