If there was ever any doubt this guy is an idiot, it should be erased today.
There are many points to make but the history of anti-Semitism in societies usually starts out with “mild” stuff, before it grows in magnitude as it feeds on its own hate.
But this is what anti-Semitism usually is: “The Jews are causing me/us/the world all kinds of problems. We are victims of the Jews!”. In other words, most anti-Semitism involves claiming yourself as the victim. If the Jewish people ask for an apology, the anti-Semite says “see, they are attacking me!”.
It’s patently ridiculous and Krugman is just a fargin idiot.
