FULL TITLE: Koch Brothers Announce Plans to Intervene in GOP Primaries in Support of RINO, Open Border, “Free Trade” Republicans

The Koch Brothers network announced they will intervene in GOP primaries in support of RINO hacks and open borders Republicans.

The Kochs are not happy with the direction of the country under President Trump. They want Paul Ryan-like Republicans who can push trade policies that wipe out the US middle class.

The Washington Examiner reported:

"The Koch political network for the first time plans to intervene in GOP primaries as part of a deliberate 2020 strategy to reverse years of essentially rubber-stamping the Republican Party in general elections.

Disappointed with Republicans in Congress and occasionally at odds with President Trump, the coalition of political groups overseen by Charles Koch has been re-evaluating its engagement in federal campaigns. Playing in GOP primaries to elect more like-minded Republicans to the House and Senate is key tactical adjustment the network has agreed to, with a top Koch official confirming that incumbents could be targeted for defeat.

“We think that if we’re going to be more selective, you know, raise the bar before getting involved, that it makes sense, therefore, to do more primaries,” Tim Phillips, who runs Americans for Prosperity, the Koch grassroots arm, told the Washington Examiner on Thursday while making the rounds at the Conservative Political Action Conference. The Washington Examiner is a CPAC media sponsor.

The Koch Bros want to support more Republicans in the primaries that nobody will show up to vote for in the General. That’s brilliant stuff right there.

Note, when the RINO wins we are told to hold our nose and vote for them. When the Conservative wins, the RINO’s pull this stuff.

Anyway, I suspect that the mood for Chuck Koch and his brand of Republicanism is not there in the rank and file. If he wants to waste his money, go for it.

It’s their money, they can throw it out the window if they want to. Most voting republicans now know the difference between Globalists and conservatives.

Hey Bros - Take your money somewhere else. We love this president, we love what he’s doing, we love what he stands for. Look at Beto - all that money, he still lost. We cannot be bought. In fact, take your money and do something good with it - build a wall to protect our country, or give it to someone who needs it.

The Koch brothers TELEGRAPH their plans in advance and then later WONDER why the hell they failed. Duh!

At this point, they would probably be more successful and more likely to try running 3rd party candidates meant to ruin the chances for Trump or any conservative GOP candidates.

That tells you that the billionaires in this country know the Democrats are not serious when they say they will tax ultra rich folks at 70% to 90% or else they would not be supporting them.

"If he wants to waste his money"

You can be sure that there is a planned return on investment worthwhile for his ris52k.

I would like to see the the brothers loose serious money in this ploy.

The Koch brothers have an address. Buy a stamp and send them a letter that you object to their bonehead, goosestepping fascism.

I have no idea if I am buying or indirectly buying products they own.
I’d certainly like to know.
I have no clue what they own and what they sell
that made them so rich.

The Cheap Labor Express has been buying our representatives for decades.

Bush League Republicans still dominate the party.

Gardner, McSally, Daines, Collins, Cornyn, Capito, Enzi, Rounds, Graham, Tillis, Sasse, Hyde-Smith, McConnell need to be replaced in 2020.
