Trump Administration Extends TPS Amnesty

Once again, the executive and judicial branches have gotten together to nullify a sovereignty statute and grant indefinite amnesty to illegal aliens while saddling Americans with the cost and citizen children of illegal aliens who wrongly were awarded temporary legal status. We have a government of, by, and for illegal aliens.

Remember when Trump offered Democrats amnesty plus extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in exchange for wall funding? Well, yesterday his DHS secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen, agreed to illegally extend this program for free simply because the powers that be in this administration support the amnesty agenda and the stealing of American sovereignty.

Not good news for those of us who've been hoping that the administration would stand up to some of these judicial overreaches into what are supposed to be powers reserved to the executive.

I’m concerned that the White House staff is polluted with a bunch of swamp lawyers instead of constitutional scholars. Not being a career politician, I don’t think Trump appreciates just how pervasive the rot in Washington really is. He’s got swamp rats recommending other swamp rats for positions in his administration and he’s up to his ass in alligators.

I’m hoping that Barr is going to turn out to be a constitutionalist, but I have serious doubts. I was hoping he’d pick someone like Scott Pruitt, who regularly did battle with the federal government when he was Oklahoma AG.

One of the worst parts of this is that it lets the worst of the worst, as far as uneducated worthless permanent drags on our economy and fodder for our jails, into the country: the scum of Sudan, El Salvador, Haiti, and Nicaragua.
