NGOs being given vast sums of taxpayer money presents MANY very LUCRATIVE opportunities for friends of the “giver” — and, indirectly, the giver herself.
Ain’t life grand when spending taxpayers’ wealth.
It’s thievery on a vast scale. Vast. It happens at the IRS, too. You can bet that money will be used to pay for votes and loyalty. Banana Republic stuff.

Why don’t they do an audit?
Plenty of off shore accounts available around the world. Maduro and/or Clinton could probably make some good reccommendations.
Doesn’t anyone in NYC read FR? It’s going to be up to the citizens there to dump these two losers. If it were possible, I’m sure there are many out-of-towners willing to assist in this process.

I know it’s hard to believe but what these buffoons decide in Manhattan doesn’t have a tremendous effect on us.
Life has been good every since Rudy and under whomever.

Don’t expect anything out of this or complaints. After all they just threw a $28B investment out of NYC to keep nosy west coasters out:-)
When I spend someone else's money I am going to get something for it, good booze, a nice yacht, a house on a Carribean Island, attentive female company.. something. Sounds like funds just disappeared into NGO black holes vanishing without a trace.
