The victims are POST-pubescent, not PRE-pubescent males. They are adolescents, not children. Pedophiles are attracted to prepubescent children.
There seems to be no word that specifically describes homosexual attraction to early post-pubescent males. The closest is "hebephilia," but unfortunately that can apply to both sexes.
Maybe the best we can do is to call the men with this sexual preference "pederasts," though there are problems with that word, too.
