WASHINGTON — A divided Supreme Court stopped Louisiana from enforcing new regulations on abortion clinics in a test of the conservative court’s views on abortion rights.
The justices said by a 5-4 vote late Thursday that they will not allow the state to put into effect a law that requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.

With the Democrats engineering a fraudulent special council investigation to hamstring a duly elected president, is it so hard to believe that they are blackmailing the Chief Justice of the USSC?

Roberts pretended to be a conservative when it didn’t matter if he voted with them. Now that he’s the “swing vote”, he has taken over for Kennedy in being all over the place.
This means that there will be a HUGE battle over Ginsberg’s replacement, as that would truly swing the Court to the Right.
Roberts needs to come clean about whatever blackmail bs the left has on him.

Maybe, but Roe v Wade and gay marriage did not spring from our culture; it came from the Supreme Court.
This Louisiana law did spring from our culture. The Supreme Court knocked it down.
Most of the roil in our culture did not emanate from the culture itself, but from the parasitic courts.
I know everyone is going on about Roberts.
The one thing that caught my eye, however, is what Kavanaugh did. He voted with the conservatives. I think that is really huge. It seems to me you have picked up one more good conservative on the bench.
Of course, this might all change but this is surely a good sign.

We need to find the info that may be out there that has caused Roberts to be a turncoat. Expose it, and hopefully, if criminal, can be used to remove him from the bench and replaced by Trump!

Good morning. Roberts was nominated to replace oconnor. Then Rhenquist died so the Roberts nomination was changed to chief justice. Read that oconnor approached Renquist about retiring and he said you have to go now cant have two of us in short time.
And Roberts left Fla early for the adoption
If there is blackmail, I think it has something to do with the adoption of their two children. Something very odd there.

The country of Ireland does not allow its children to be adopted out to any other country. John Roberts got two Irishwomen to leave the country with their children and go toSouth America where he adopted them and then brought them to the US.

From what I’ve read, you must be a resident of Ireland to adopt an Irish child. Roberts did not reside in Ireland. His wife didn’t either. Apparently they got around that requirement by somehow adopting them in South America. So the children might have been born in Ireland but then traveled to SA for the adoption. They are cute kids actually!
