John Roberts joins liberal justices as Supreme Court blocks Louisiana abortion clinic law

WASHINGTON — A divided Supreme Court stopped Louisiana from enforcing new regulations on abortion clinics in a test of the conservative court’s views on abortion rights.

The justices said by a 5-4 vote late Thursday that they will not allow the state to put into effect a law that requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.

I guess, not that it was really that much of a secret, since we all know that Bush is/was no different than any of the other Elite/RINO/GOPe/Chamber of Commerce/Country Club/Koch Brother/Kristol type of Republican it’s easy to throw darts at him.

Obviously the real problem, which is becoming more and more apparent every day, are the career staffers/consultant class/donor class that push all that.

Brett Kavanaugh told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the Justice he most admired was RINO centrist Anthony Kennedy.

It's too soon to tell about Kavanaugh, but I do not have much confidence that Conservatives can count on his vote.

John Roberts has “grown in office.” He was not reliable from the beginning. He is on Dilantin which is seriously deleterious to things like will power and to perception. Seizure medication should be a disqualification for the Bench.

Ginsburg didn’t vote. The lower court decision was allowed to stand because the Court divided 4-4. Roberts is NOT our guy. He is a Liberal who will show his pink colors bit by bit. That is what makes it critical to get RBG replaced by DJT soon.

How hard is it for our side to find the facts on his adoptions and release the info and get it over with...otherwise Roberts is just Ginsberg II. Just do it!

I really do not like the idea of a Federal court having jurisdiction over a State law in the first place unless the State law specifically violates a Federal law. That may be the case here, I don’t know, but in general principle, that is my belief.
