Back in the late 80s or early 90s a greenpeace crew out of Seattle got onboard a Ohio Class SSBN heading out to sea. It was too shallow to dive and they started trying to throw chains on the prop.

I have a friend who drove powdered concrete trucks. Every weekday for a couple years in a row he hauled one load of several going there everyday, Probably enough to build a couple Hoover dams. Yet none of this massive quantity of concrete can be found on the surface.
