Should have declared a state of emergency many months ago - near the start of the administration - it would have be through the courts now. In lieu of that do it now. Dealing with the uniparty is a rigged game.
If he declares a national emergency, our heads will spin with the volume of lawsuits that will be filed. There will be court injunctions and probably nothing will happen with the wall as the cases go through the courts. Trump knows this. Will he get more credit with the base for trying this approach? Hard to say if it doesn’t work and I don’t think it will....
