Dear Mr. President:
When I extended an invitation on January 3rd for you to deliver the State of the Union address, it was on the mutually agreed upon date, January 29th. At that time, there was no thought that the government would still be shut down.
In my further correspondence of January 16th, I said we should work together to find a mutually agreeable date when government has re-opened and I hope that we can still do that.
I am writing to inform you that the House of Representatives will not consider a concurrent resolution authorizing the President’s State of the Union address in the House Chamber until government has opened.
Again, I look forward to welcoming you to the House on a mutually agreeable date for this address when government has been opened.

Pretty ballsy (is that too much of a “toxic masculinity” description of her). Her Soros handlers can’t be happy with the position she’s put them in. They are set up to be hugely embarrassed.
How about cancelling the salaries of US Senators, House members, members of the Administration and their staffs? It makes NO SENSE that they are being paid while Coast Guard members are saving lives and not getting their pay checks.
Give the speech on the sidewalk of Congress. Of course when the Democrats come over to the White House to negociate, meet them on the sidewalk out front!

Declare her mentally unstable...Have a mental hospital send a team in and place a strait jacket on her...Haul her off to a rubber room and go ahead with the SOTU address....
This action demonstrate's Pelosi's contempt for the office of the Presidency.
Now President Trump can hold the SOTU in front of a crowd of 10,000 cheering Texans, and still hold the high ground

POTUS can give the SOTU in the Capitol Rotunda.

That’s just as big as the HOR. As a matter of fact, he should give it there not just this year, but every year until Pelosi no longer holds the HOR gavel.
Shun Pelosi. No invitations to anything. No govt provided transport anywhere.
I’m pretty sure that somewhere along the way Nancy has forgotten that that is the people’s house, not hers. She can rub her big stick all she wants, that is hers, but the house is ours.

I don't believe she can deny him after inviting him and he has accepted. That's a simple contract.
Forget that, have the sergeant at arms arrest her for interfering with the duties of the President of the United States of America and send her to Gitmo as an undesirable threat.
