I can’t figure out how it’s possible to get multiple 240-square-foot units in a 40’ X 8’ container, unless 1 1/3 is considered multiple.

Jerry Brown and now his twin Newsom have ruined San Francisco, LA, Santa Barbara and most of CA with their homeless and illegals. He will soon finish the state off for good.
There are newly built condos in Morgan Hill (20 miles south) for $700K each. I wonder whose pockets are being lined here.
A simple internet search shows many ‘shipping container homes’ for under $10K. Someone’s making good money off this scam.
If they really wanted to help the ‘homeless’ they would use them for labor and teach them some useful skills.
