Hate to be ‘Devils Advocate’ in this case but where is the difference if you replace the ‘gay’ crap with black?
If they take state money in some fashion, it would not be OK. What people do on their own is their own business. Whom I associate with is my business. I recognize I have my biases, in fact, I do not associate with certain groups i.e. radical socialists. My neighbors are anti gun radical dems (moved here from DC). I have not said two words to them in three years.

Yes, you’re right and your right to associate.
I can see the Govt coming along in a couple of years saying you are guilty of ‘hate’ if you don’t like your neighbors.
I know it sounds petty and foolish and outlandish but whoever thought smoking would be banned outdoors or in your home(apartment)?
I choose not to smoke and discourage people from smoking in my vehicle or home. That is my choice as a long time smoker and finally realized the stink etc that comes with smoking.
BUT that is MY choice.
