Incoming Harvard student David Hogg apparently believes the United States is not a legitimate nation with rights to its territory.
The gun-control advocate responded to President Trump’s speech on illegal immigration and the crisis at the border by implying that the United States is “stolen land.”

I have not read through the entire thread so forgive me if this has already been said. But does he realize that the illegals themselves are coming from land that, per his standards, was stolen. Not only was it stolen, it was stolen by the Conquistadors whose tactics were absolutely brutal.

I would add that the land was largely uninhabited and that had we not settled it someone else would have and that if Muslims had conquered it instead of Christians the world would be a much different place today.
And the Native Americans, North-South-Central, were all doing to each other nothing different than the Spanish did later...................

Well, actually they attempted to trade for gold but ran into human sacrifice and cannibalism. The Spanish were successful because many local tribes(Tlaxcalans et al) joined their fight against the Aztecs: those tribes were tired of paying tribute to the Aztecs by having to send off so many of their own to be sacrificed and eaten.
