Alajil's defense lawyer said this was not an "intentional act."

Well that's OK then. Johnson is not as dead as if it were an intentional act.

if someone puts a loaded gun to someones head and pulls the trigger..........how can that be anything but intentional? The sad thing is that there are people that will actually blame the game or the gun instead of the Yute. And lets wait for the 'in his culture it's perfectly normal to just shoot someone in the head' defense.

Alajil was out on bond on an armed robbery charge when Johnson was killed, prosecutors said. The prosecutor asked for $100,000 bail and the defense called for $30,000 — before the judge set it at $250,000.

Yup just a fine upstanding..........piece of shit! How could they give him bail at any amount after armed robbery and murder. And people say California is F'd up, from what I read Texas ain't Texas anymore either!
