Break California's Sanctuary State Law Today - Report Illegal Immigrant Cop Killer to ICE

You probably know it already and it's reported here that criminal illegal immigrant Gustavo Perez Arriaga was arrested for the December 26th cold-blooded killing of Newman, CA police officer Ronil Singh.

What you may not know it that it is against California law for law enforcement and others (you) to coordinate with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement or to notify ICE that a criminal illegal immigrant is in custody.

So how about reporting the criminal to ICE today, break the law and feel good about it?

I just did it through the ICE HSI Online Tip Form.

You can do it anonymously by leaving the top of the form blank.

For crime I checked: Fugitive Criminal Alien

For a summary I wrote that his name is Gustavo Perez Arriaga and he is or will soon be held in the Stanislaus County Jail in Modesto, CA. He is in the county illegally and shot and killed a law enforcement officer in Newman, CA.

Nothing prevents a Sheriff from Allowing ICE in their Jails or Offices whenever they choose, they just can’t Help Them with Anything. There is at least 1 sheriff in SoCal that has done just that. They can come in and look for themselves whenever they want to.

In this and other ways, our side could be a lot more clever, and active, and proactive.

In many ways, Alinsky’s methods do not apply to a particular point-of-view, but apply instead to any group wanting to achieve something, regardless of the nature of that something.

Instead of bitching, we could be doing.

“Instead of bitching, we could be doing.”

You mean quit emulating most of the Repubican office holders? The American People bitch and moan and then go to the polls and re-elect the same feckless turds like they think they’re doing a good job.

Nothing prevents a Sheriff from Allowing ICE in their Jails.

There is also nothing preventing ICE from simply parking a van or bus outside the jails sally port and screening everyone who comes out. Its public property.

The victims need to sue CA and their sanctuary cities. That will get their attention more than anything else.

I heard the sheriff of Merced County (I think) on Breitbart last night. He said their department posts, on their website, the names of criminals they have in custody and when they're going to be released.

He said ICE monitors this and can be waiting outside the jail when inmates are released.

He also said he thought that was the practice throughout the state.
