Personally, I doubt it. Democrats want to vote for rock stars and Kasich is the furthest thing from one. After that, Dems will vote as a block if they get their rock star nominated. I don’t think even Biden will drive any Dems to Kasich. Kasich’s goal (if he runs as an independent) is to trip Trump, not to win.

That was John Anderson’s goal, too. To defeat Reagan. But he drew more Democrats than Republicans, because - like Kasich - he was liberal. Who would vote for Kasich other than Democrats, and never-Trump republicans who didn’t vote for Trump to begin with.
