When you understand they convinced Sessions that they had dirt on him, made the US Atty in the Southern District NY recuse himself to get to a rabid Never Trumper in charge of the Cohen Investigation, then you’ll understand Rosenstein and Mueller weren’t going to allow a Second Special Counsel.
IG Horowitz is on the FBi / DOJ team and Huber is a stooge selected to sit on it and maintain silence as time passed. Huber still won’t admit he was a stooge only to silence calls for a Second Special Counsel.
The Conservative Tree House and Sundance created a lot of zombies that ignored logic and evidence and swore that an Obama Appointee 2,000 miles away was indicting all the Deep State conspirators. Anyone that has spent a day in DC Government could tell you the DC/VA Judges and the DC Deep State Media would flip out if Grand Juries were moved to Utah. Grand Juries go on for over a year, witnesses come back over and over.
DC establishment defense lawyers (they advise their clients outside of the Grand Juries presence) wouldn’t stand for flying to Utah three or four days a week, and it would quickly become known by the DC culture creatures.
Huber is a Fraud and IG Horowitz exists to keep everything in house and slap wrists and slap backs. He’s an FBi tool.
The Media cherishes the deeply devoted DEM Grand Juries in DC/VA, and would freak if that was threatened.
