The saga of Robert Mueller’s mystery subpoena continued yesterday, but only a select few even got to see the players. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals went into a sealed session so secret that the attorneys arguing the case went in undercover, CNN reported. What could possibly be so secret in Mueller’s probe that requires this level of security?

I'm praying Judge Sullivan chops Muller down to size on Monday when he sentences Flynn. Something has to be done soon to stop this insanity.

What was the note , what was the message passed by a senior secret service agent to GW Bush as GH Bush's casket was passing by at the end of the service? Laura and GW reacted in a "concerned" manner but Jeb's reaction was even more.. well I would say he was very "unsettled". My guess is something abbreviated such as "JFK" or "Traitor".

Since the Judge didn't get the actual 302 Report he ordered them to produce, speculation is that he may delay the sentencing.

I agree the case should be thrown out. It never should have gotten as far as it has. And the fact that Mueller didn’t comply with the Judge’s order to produce Pientka’s 302 report, along with the admitted deliberate decision of the FBI to not give their standard lying warning to Flynn, could do it. But it’s all in Judge Sullivan’s hands now. I don’t know if they are even supposed to be back in court on Monday or not.

Thrown out or not, Gen Flynn will never be made whole.
If the Judge drops all charges against Flynn, Trump should immediately hire him back.

The judge wants to see the evidence first. Mueller didn’t produce any. Case will thrown out and legal sanctions, severe to all involved to follow.
