Conservatives would be leaving that environment, liberals would think it a utopia.
Really? Florida? Colorado? Texas? Arizona? No. The only liberals that aren't encouraged to move out of California are the poor ones that live off the state and collect benefits. All other taxpayers may think they love socialism. But they forget they are not part of the elite class and flee their own enslavement. Then they start their crybaby socialist activism voting again in their new home.
