If he was Trumps lawyer WITH “POWER OF ATTORNEY” (get it?) to act, then he was authorized to spend Trump’s money on his behalf which makes #1 above a PERSONAL expense, not a political contribution, and #2 a reimbursement of funds.

What am I missing here? How can you plead guilty to something that is not a crime? If everyone forgets, when Trump was campaigning he was using his own money and Cohen when he paid the slut certainly didn’t have any access to campaign funds. He paid from his own pocket after which Trump reimbursed him.
