McCarthy is not saying he agrees. He’s just saying its going to happen

In America’s highly political, permanent left-wing bureaucracy and byzantine and corrupt “justice system” I agree with him - they will indict a ham sandwich.

Except they haven’t done a good job at actually slowing the guy down.

If this happens as you say (Trump gong down), it is because Trump underestimated the Oligarchy. If he had understood they will stop at nothing, he would have been open about the fact that he has always been a carouser, and maybe even have Mélania stipulate to that in a campaign public appearance. He would never have let his family members go to any meeting and he would have understood Trump Tower was not safe enough for a candidate for president. Simple understanding of spy tech would have prevented some of this too.

When I hear the Manhattan southern district attorney, I am not feeling comforted by the American Justice system...

Isn’t that office overseen by the DOJ? They just can’t indict can they?

The oligarchy has under estimated the patriots. They have been allowed to go this far to get caught in a treason trap of their own making. Think about what happened in Turkey and what happened in old Elizabethan England when they tried to overthrow Bess.

I worry about the media vs the patriots. I do. I know the passion we have but we don’t have the megaphone.

I'm glad elections don't matter any more.

Now we can cut to the chase with our political enemies.

Which, if prosecutors prove their case, will also happen here. Candidates never go to jail for garden variety campaign finance violations. They pay fines and everything goes away. This isn’t about the violations themselves so much as keeping DJT in the cross-hairs for the 2020 elections. This is how the DNC keeps their donors on a slow-boil... It keeps the money coming in. As usual the voters will decide.

McCarthy says this in the article.

He also later notes:

This is not to suggest that the president is without cards to play. Campaign finance violations have a high proof threshold for intent. President Trump could argue that because there was no spending limit on his contributions, he did not think about the campaign-finance implications, much less willfully violate them.

There is, furthermore, a significant legal question about whether the hush-money payments here qualify as “in-kind” campaign contributions. There is nothing illegal per se in making a non-disclosure agreement; they are quite common...

McCarthy is merely pointing out the Demon Rat possible (probable?) strategery.

In other words, the war on the man who beat Hitlery continuously rages.

The statists (the ones who worship power and care nothing for those of us who cling to our Bibles and guns) have not stopped trying to de-legitimize the choice of the majority of states.

The Manhattan DA has no jurisdiction over this president.

Why Trump Is Likely To Be Indicted By the Manhattan US Attorney

  1. Because he defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election

  2. Because two years of anti-Trump investigations haven't turned up any evidence of wrong-doing

  3. Because he is overturning the unconstitutional executive actions that constitute Barack Obama's legacy

  4. Because he won't let thousands of illegals pour into the USA across the Mexican border

  5. Because his economic and foreign initiative policies are working

  6. Because democrats are afraid he will be re-elected in 2020.

  7. Because democrats want to be able to claim he is under indictment in the 2020 presidential campaign

  8. Because Hillary's "Baskets Of Deplorables" love him

  9. Because he is cleaning out the swamp and restoring honesty, integrity and credibility to the FBI, DOJ, IRS and other bureaucracies

  10. Because our new First Lady, Melania, is actually a real lady; attractive, poised, well mannered, articulate and demonstrably smarter than "The Smartest Woman In The World"

I think he and his legal team underestimated the forces against him..big time. Thus far he still has not gone on offense to my amazement. When they crashed Cohen’s office and ignored atty/client privelage you would have thought that he would have realized he was in a death match
