Before I read further, I shall predict a the involvement of a Teen...more specifically a female Teen
Largely due to no concept of right and wrong.
Sounds like a gangsta female thug was purposely provoking a confrontation.
Sounds like a great place to work..always knowing that management has your back.
In my teaching career, I encountered this type of circumstance very rarely but when I did, I simply initiated an instructor drop. Guess they don’t have those no more.
All is war, all the time. Hope the professor sues and causes as much trouble as possible.
Another Jim Acosta in the making.
Inmates/asylum.
Hard to believe this happens in Texas.
My son recently graduated from Texas Tech. Several Professors regularly open-carried while teaching.
No one dis-respected anyone. And no feet were put on tables.
Managing her classroom is exactly what she WAS DOING, you idiot!........Now, this 'student' will do this over and over again, because she knows that she is 'protected' and others will too. They have let the inmates run the asylum and now they are going to suffer the consequences.....................
UTSA Admin = cowardly REMFs
College grad in 1981. Had a business prof that told one unruly student,
“I will sign your pink slip (drop class) the moment I receive it. If you choose to remain in this class, you will be wasting tuition money because, as of today, you have been failed for these credits. You may leave to go to the Registrar’s office.”
“female student is black.”
Obviously we are supposed to allow people to do whatever they please if they are members of specially-privileged, government-certified victim groups.
Belonging to the “White oppressor” group is now in itself a crime.
That is black privilege, not having to listen to authority. But to the credit of many blacks, they would rather be civil.
Yeah sure it was racially motivated. That guy should try putting his feet on the furniture in a Black person’s home. Cause unless that girl had no home training a’tall she’d have caught hell for doing so.

Not surprising that the administration will back a black student over a white faculty member, but probably they would do the same if it had been a white student.
Putting your feet up and lounging around like you are home seems to be the hallmark of some millennials
