President Trump launched another attack on the 9th Circuit on Thanksgiving and dismissed Chief Justice Roberts' strong rebuke one day on from their extraordinary row over judicial independence.
Labeling the 9th Circuit a 'complete and total disaster' that is 'out of control', the president demanded judges not be allowed to 'legislate security' in his early morning attack on Thanksgiving.
The new criticism comes one day after the almost unprecedented row between the Supreme Court Chief Justice and the president of the United States following a strong rebuke from Roberts over Trump calling the 9th Circuit 'Obama judges'.
The row began earlier this week when the president complained about a different judge, Obama-appointed US District Judge Jon Tigar, who has ruled against him in his attempt to stop illegal immigrants applying for asylum once they cross the border.
Tigar said the president's 'scope' did not reach far enough for him to 'rewrite' immigration laws.
'Every case that gets filed in the Ninth Circuit, we get beaten. And then we end up having to go to the Supreme Court, like the travel ban, and we won,' Trump said.

Roberts has outed himself. He is not on the side of the citizens and the rule of law.
He’s compromised, as should have been evident when he rewrote Obamacare from the bench.
My guess is the Deep State threatened to undo those illegal adoptions.

Trump’s response yesterday to Justice Roberts was blunt but was phrased very respectfully. If Justice Roberts wants to step into the rhetorical ring, the president is more than happy to engage in a very public dialog. Since Roberts decided to (quickly!)come to Obama’s ‘rescue’ and insert himself in this conflict, that only offers a higher profile to the topic.
Now, a lot of people are thinking long and hard about the 9th Circuit Court, people who may not have realized how biased that court has been for a long time. So, thanks, Justice Roberts, for helping the president amplify the discussion and increase scrutiny on the 9th Circuit Court.
Roberts should be removed from the court for his perfidy with o-care.

Under the Constitution, President Trump can demand that Congress impeach every one of Obama and Clinton federal judges, and a John Roberts.
Obviously, THIS Supreme Court is antiTrump,
and will IGNORE any Petition which mentions

The Democrat House isn’t impeaching Democrat judges. And while Trump is correct, putting the conservative Supreme Court on the spot can be a very big mistake.

They are going after Roberts because he was compromised on his OBuggery Care vote. Bye bye Roberts!
You are right and the hammer is about to fall everywhere. This election had traps set everywhere. Not is all as it appears and the hand-wringers need to take a step back and watch.
