Consider two Americans. One is named Mike. Mike is a straight white Christian male from a decaying industrial city in Ohio or Michigan. He never knew his father. His mother is hooked on painkillers. His home life isn’t great. Mom’s various boyfriends enjoy smacking him in the face. He gets passed around to a variety of family members. He gets into drugs early. Crime too. He drifts around high school and doesn’t graduate. He has no skills and no prospects.
The other American is Malia Obama.
Who has the privilege here? Which one of these citizens is going to have an easier time getting a potential employer on the phone? Who is more likely to find a suitable spouse? Which one of these people is going to have problems getting a mortgage? Who is going to have a better life?

Picture Uhbama, Colon Kaepernick, Ben reallyJealous, and I think a few more new NFL QBs who are getting some attention, I suspect mostly because of their “good” side.
“Mike” described above - was my elderly father, except that both he and his mother never did drugs and his mother pushed him to stay in school and become educated.
so with the right choices and morality, even after a difficult start, they built a middle-class family, now with many children and grandchildren in America’s middle and upper classes.
Therefore, the only privilege that exists is being exposed to proper values and behavior. And that’s potentially FREE for everyone. its also, ironically, what America’s socialists seek to destroy.
Add to that, Big Media and Big Tech is being used to promote all people who aren't white males, while they are being used to trash white males.
White male privilege is BS.
ALOT of us grew up in humble circumstances, yet made the right choices. No one give my parents a dime and I worked part time thru college.
But today I’m “privileged” so they say. My kids would have to get a merit based scholarship and their merit would have to be sizeable.
My experience in the real world is the kids who are getting the BS scholarships et al are the kids of mostly professional, just so some President, Dean or Admissions Office and fill “diversity’ quotas.
The race card will soon be replaced by the “White Privilege Card”.
We need to force the left into defining “race.”
Because as genetics is proving lately, there are no hard lines. Everyone is a mix, to some extent. If you can’t define it, you can’t measure it, nor hide behind it. Because hey, me too. Prove I’m not.

BINGO. There but for the grace of GOD go I or my boys. We had a stable family, only bad habit parents had were cigarettes. Dad worked as a Boilermaker after his Army stint Airborne under Mac Arthur in WW2. Mom was a stay at home mom. Neither had more than a 8th grade education. With 4 kids there was no extra money on a Steel workers pay even with some OT. We lived on credit, and from paycheck to paycheck. Ins was not what it was today. Mom had to bad Miscarriages. WE survived. None of us 4 were able to go to college. I’m the only one who finished HS. My 3 boys never went to college. But they work their butts off. 1 has been in food management for over 20 yrs, the other wields steel cabinets not the best paying jobs, but they don’t do dope, take care of the 1 grand child each.
BTW my dad’s was a Abusive old World Italian Naturalized US Citizens, who taught his 8 kids to Love America and be Americans. Dad never did more than use his hand on a butt a few times when we got in to dangerous mischief. Mostly he made us go to our rooms for the rest of the day after homework and supper for several days.
It can be done where there is a will.
What is “white privilege” is really “nuclear family privilege”.
There are definitely advantages to growing up with a mother and a father, regardless of skin color.
Succinct, perceptive, factual. In other words, your advice will be buried for at least a long time to come. Not enough victims=not enough stolen money tossed around.

Thirty percent of NY State’s budget each year is earmarked for minority owned businesses. From pens and paper to construction and photography and everything in between - minorities get first crack at the state dollar. That has been $30BN a year and growing. What is interesting at a meeting at one of NY State’s outreach programs - they were asking some of the minorities to come up and address any questions they had with the program. Then a black African, right off the boat from Ghana, who had a very strong accent, rose and started asking questions about his business. I thought, why is this man getting an advantage for NY State business over every other citizen, he’s barely a citizen himself and he clearly was not ancestrally harmed by any things Americans did. Why do we owe him anything? He should have no claim on that minority set aside money, as a recent immigrant who has no so-called legacy of wrongs perpetrated against his family for centuries in America. Yet there he was, getting preference on business with the state.
Then you realize, every illegal alien from south of the border is claiming access to these fat minority set-asides, and they don’t even belong in the country! No one is stopping them.
This is another abuse!
If one emigrates legally to this country, it should be the law that they cannot participate in any set-aside minority program at any level, for life. These programs were not designed for foreigners, and they are greedily taking resources that were earmarked to help resident minorities. We don’t need foreigners to come to America to claim they were wronged by America and that we owe them something - this is insanity. If they feel that way, they should just stay where they are.
