Basically, you could proclaim yourself ‘Juan Ganza’, go down and register in the state, and vote without any ID. I don’t see the problem.....get 80,000 GOP guys to drive over and all register as a ‘Juan’. They aren’t going to ever track you down as long as there is no ID mandated.
So you could theoretically vote under two names at the same precinct?
Not like they’ll remember you if you go in the morning and the evening.
The Heritage Foundation notes that as few as 300 cases involving voter fraud have been successfully prosecuted since 2010. Voter prosecution cases do not appear to be a priority for the Justice Department.
