I have a vague formless memory of some sort of clean-out of the Civil Rights Division quite some time ago. Wish memory would be more precise, but it refuses. Read too much since Trump got elected and brain is not powerful.
Don’t forget people...MIAMI-DADE and BROWARD...are notorious for being LAST with their counts. They are heavily liberal like 99%...and they wait till the end to hand in their results...as if they see how much they need to win. CORRUPT....and LAST.

If you go back to the 2016 threads, the networks were doing the same thing you all are describing as going on tonight. Up until 9 PM, it was a foregone conclusion that Hillary was winning in a landslide - the only question was how big the landslide was going to be, and by how much the Democrats would win control of the Senate by - and maybe even the House given how badly Trump was doing and dragging down the entire ticket.

I don’t know about the east, but Lamb the Sham is highly favored over Rothfus, a pretty reliable (though not terribly exciting) conservative. Both came as “incumbents” into the new district because Lamb won the special election for Tim Murphy’s seat.
The fact that Lamb is even a factor is a combination of Lamb playing the conservative, and GOP chicanery twice over: Murphy’s infidelity/attempted abortion followed by the PA GOP choosing a lackluster candidate for the special election.
