Just voted in Millbrook, AL at 10 am. 739 voted so far in this small community church. Straight Republican of course! For God and Country! It was busy and Bama doesn’t have really any exciting races this time.

Nope .. guy was prolly early 50s but looked quite fit and squared away .. as did the Glock on his hip.
We spoke a moment on my way out .. friendly seeming sort, but still, there he was in uniform and on duty.

Someone upthread said there was a constable at their poll too.
Strikes me as a very good sign, hopefully of a nationwide trend.

Fauquier County Va is not quite Northern Va and tends to go Republican. My polling place was crowded at 11:30 am and the pub rep said voting had been robust all morning.
It was interesting to see the Dem tent was packed with people working the voters, shaking hands and chatting up neighbors, running out to offer straight-ticket dem voting guides. Socialists need support to feel they are doing correctly the thing they were told to do.
The Pub tent had only one guy who stayed to himself unless you came up and asked for a pub voting guide. Very few did. My guess is that the deplorable voters had already done their homework. Conservatives remind me of the old Minutemen who came across as surly. They have other things they need to be doing but quietly step up to do their duty and know what they need to do without looking for support from others.
Praying for a fine turnout of right-thinking people.

Raining alot again today as well as yesterday in the mid-Atlantic.

You’re right, that’s usually good because Dems are lazy, being that they support “welfare” and all that, and not real in tune with elections as they don’t turn out for primaries or as much for off-year. Even better would be if it snowed.

Has anyone heard from Dixville Notch or anywhere else where they vote at midnight and count the votes immediately? Might be an indicator of some kind.

30 of the largest TX counties reporting 39.86% of total registered voters early voted.

Uber lib Austin had 47.43%. I’m going to say that’s a good thing since demwit UT students don’t know how to purchase stamps for mail-ins and don’t know how to register or vote.
