Trump’s people say: “We Have It All”.

And I really do believe that. Particularly via NSA. And, I believe FISA is going to result in a sizeable cluster of senior DIMRATS on Congress--particularly the House--being removed from office, requiring a special election or appointment for each one--and that in a context where the DIM party generally has been thoroughly trashed in the public awareness.

CT is dead. We may have occasional respite from the implosion, but ... Don’t expect the opposition voters to come to their senses.

I didn’t waste my time on it.
I hope Poliquin won. There’s hope for northern Maine

Anyone who spins the House debacle as an “OK outcome” or “a win” really is foolish.

WE LOST THE HOUSE! UGGHHHHH

This is a brutal result and a damaging blow to our constitutional republic.

As for the Senate, they better confirm judges at a breakneck pace. And we had better hope that, in a timely fashion, at least one of the liberal justices leaves and — if he’s inclined — Clarence Thomas retires. I predict no SCOTUS vacancies on the liberal side unless ill health or God’s intervention decides otherwise.

This was — AT BEST — a mixed result.

We’re literally down to a few precincts in Maricopa Co.

I can’t call it.

Is Rosendale close enough for recount in MT?

We need to learn to fight for these seats. Kavanaught would not be on SC if he didn’t fight.

I see what you’re saying. But on the other hand, everyone thought Stewart was a bad candidate and that he dragged down probably 2 and maybe 3 House races.

The fact that these are socialists doesn’t mean that much because you could argue that we have moved “to the right” with Blackburn, Cramer, Braun, Scott, DeSantis, and even, if she survives, McSally who ran Trump/border commercials.

So I’d look at this as much more division as opposed to “drift” in the same direction.

Another issue I didn’t talk about: the economy is fantastic. But that ceases to be an issue in this day and age (vs. Reagan) after 2 years because of the accelerated news cycle. I think many Rs got NO “love” for the economy because it was just now “accepted.” SO that was a major issue that, in essence, was off the table. It is, in terms of a campaign, something to take into account.

I think McSally has this. Here’s what’s left:

Maricopa 2 precincts Sinema 0.9% lead

Apache 1 precinct Sinema huge lead but low population

Greenlee 1 precinct McSally huge lead low population

Pima 4 precincts Sinema 13 pt lead high population but 245/249 reported already total vote 306k votes so far

Pinal 1 precinct McSally 16 pt lead 70k votes in

Yuma 1 precinct McSally 10 pt lead 36k votes in

Yavapai 1 precinct McSally 24 pt lead ~100k votes in

Thank God for the wisdom and foresight of our founding fathers.

Especially grateful for their prudence of setting in place the protections of the electoral college to better represent the heartland of our country. Otherwise we would be at the mercy of the radical left, currently dominating both the west coast as northeast.

Well, Braun was pretty geeky candidate too, but Indiana is at a different place - demographically - than Virginia...and it is those trends that are making the future look troubling for conservatives.

The Republican Party is much tighter and better than it was two days ago. That is unquestioned, but McSally has to see how tough her situation is - she may become our Manchin if Arizona is indeed that open to a socialist. We also have Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Burr and Sasse, so we still can’t get out over our skis here.

The economy issue is a worry - it’s central to the Trump presidency...his being a businessman outsider and all. Yet, people weren’t swayed by the economy but seemed at least willing to go along with open borders positions and nationalized healthcare.

On the economy issue, we may actually learn something from the Democrat claims that the gains are just for “the rich”. It gets out the vote in urban areas. Here in Vegas we went dark blue because of the huge influx of immigrant workers over the years - they work in low paying jobs (service jobs, hotels, day care) where tax cuts don’t even register and the benefits from booming business do not come swiftly in the way of higher pay or new, better jobs. This is a huge number of urban and suburban workers not seeing anything - yet - from the economic boom. To them “fixing healthcare” (nationalization, like in their original home countries) is the big winner, economically. We need to find a way to reach these people - they vote in droves here - and get real benefits into their hands.

Rush just said they “found” like 50k votes in a city. GOP had better not let this be stolen. I think Tester was a steal, took all night to count and only finished up when he got ahead.

I think Rosendale should demand a recount.

BY the way ................. WHY ARE some very rich guys allowed to spend millions on a political candidate?????? I thought there were LIMITS on what you could give a candidate. ----------------- "I thought you worked in political circles? Or did?

If so, you should know the answer to that question: Loopholes. They don't give to a candidate. They give to a PAC. The PAC does the dirty work."

I must admit, Laz, that I did just a little work, a few pranks with silly boy, Donald Segretti, driving from venue to venue in his in his old Volkswagon bug.

Don leaned on the youthful Roger Stone to do some strange little things back in those days.

Nothing serious............ at least Mueller shouldn't care about it!

;-)

Please be well.

Friggin Montana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I don’t see how McSally could be overturned unless the 1% of precincts left are in Mexico. AP won’t call Florida either, pricks. Wanted more than 54 but I’ll take it. BTW that includes the MS runoff, I don’t want to hear any whining about how loser Chris McDaniel isn’t the candidate. There’s a prominent Black dem in the runoff, capisce?

Steve Knight looks gone, we’re looking at 207 if Bruce Polquin in slow counting rural Maine holds on. Not a long way to go to get back with some MAGA pickups in 2020, historically it’s a large minority, the largest since 1943-44 actually (209) not 1931 as I said earlier. But we must realize that right now suburban scum don’t like our President. White women need to wake the F up.

And Black outreach looks like BS, Black people voted to screw America, hardcore, as usual. John James in MI only did 2 points better than the MI Gov candidate in Wayne County.
