Why am I listening to an angry Juan Williams complain that Trump now “owns” the republican party. At least Hume is calling Juan’s point crazy.

The Senate has oversight too. They can continue investigations.

The senate intel committee is full of deep state RINOs, including the chairman.

I don’t know how much lower Illinois can sink. Damn Rauner cost quite a few congress seats today :( . I remember when the suburbs were Republican strongholds, now even the county races are going dem. I was hoping to stay in Illinois for another 4 or 5 years until I retired, but now I am looking for a new exit strategy.

I think supporters are frustrated. We never got the wall and we certainly won’t see anything on border security unless amnesty is involved, though I doubt the GOP Senate would go along with a deal like that. Expect more illegals to try and come through.

Also, I think many were expecting or hoping for something to come out of SpyGate that would hurt the Dems. Now with them in control, what will happen?

Now...could this motivate the Dems into thinking they have momentum for 2020?

Now watch as smirking Chris Stierwalt and the rest of the crew call for a primary challenge to Trump and push JEB!

__________

They might as well blow smoke. Won’t happen. Not after seeing Trump’s promises kept.

“What sucks now is all the investigations into 2016 are shut down. they got away with their coup. No justice”

That’s a fact. Worse, mueller is most definitely going to issue an impeachment report to the new congress. Then things will get really interesting.

The local news are calling it an “apparent victory” for the Dem(”if she can hold on after the absentees are counted and perhaps the provisionals too) but Genito still isn’t showing for the county or the the state BOE results. The state shows Cosby back at 1457 for bratt and 1456 for the dem though the county won’t show it for some reason. The absentees will still need to be counted. That cursed Libertarian took nearly 4000 votes, many of which which might have tilted the elections for Bratt(though since Libertarians tilt more towards moral positions favored by Dems...maybe not)

No candidate has broken 50 percent of the vote and there are many military who vote absentee.

“2018 was the last election where the socialist wave could be stopped.”

We thwarted that cow in Georgia, in spite of Oprah’s racist “lynching” speech. Also Beto is toast. Looks like Sinema will lose to McSally, and probably Gillum will lose. We’ve done pretty well to shoot down the socialists, I think.

Cali matters tremendously, we need this HOLE to be as small as possible so we can crawl out in in 2020.

>>>It's hard to figure out what happened. It really seems like Republicans and Paul Ryan were actively trying to alienate Republican voters and lose the House.

Winner winner chicken dinner. Repukes don't like to be in charge. They like to complain about an issue so that you will give them money to "take the fight to the enemy"...but they really don't want to solve any problems.

See, when they are OUT of power, Sam Sheepdog can go around and tell you how bad Ralph Wolf is. He can tell you how he's going to protect you from that mean old scoundrel...if only you donate to his campaign. And, of course, people fall for it year after year. See my tagline.

We kept senate because we fielded candidates like Scott in FL, Blackburn in TN, Hawley in MO etc none of whom are firebrand conservatives, but were electable.

“We have officially lost the Republic.”

Not by a longshot.

Obviously, my preference was to hold the House.

Now that it isn’t going to happen, I cannot wait to see these Dems that campaigned to the right of some Republicans stab voters in the back. Then there’s the whole Dem tendency towards overplaying their hand. Finally, Pelosi was annointed Speaker at the tail end of the Bush Presidency .... She’s now going to be annointed at the beginning of the Trump presidency ... She won’t know what hit her.

Not sure why everyone continues to gripe about Fox. Just stop watching them and then the problem solves itself.

Freerepublic is all that is needed!
