They mainly identify as Jews in order to recklessly throw that accusation around and shut people up. The other reason is so that they can claim their support for different causes “as a Jew”. “As a Jew I have to support abortion.” “As a Jew I have to support gay marriage and trannies in the grade school girls’ lavatory.” “As a Jew I have to support Hamas.” They just can’t leave their Jewishness out of it.
How right you are! The “as a Jew” is, they think, a qualifier to what their next words will be. This phrase is a snotty way of saying, “ I am smarter and more religious than you. Listen to my wisdom and pay heed. “They” have always been their own worst enemies.
I don’t get that mentality and never will I suppose.
On another topic, a friend of mine went to Israel this past summer, one huge thing he noticed was driving through the Orthodox Communities was the vast amount children! Lines and lines of beautiful Jewish Children!!!!
