We know this how? Only one picture has been released that I know of. If all the packages did not have suffient postage,it does not mean the insufficient postage was ignored. After all, the packages were brought to the attention of the authorities.

Really? The author knows this how? I have been told packages are routinely not stamped if they do not fit the automated system. Also, see the last response. Why would you stamp a suspicious package that is being turned over to authorities?

The author knows this how? I have not see anyone claim the packages were actually delivered. See the above three responses.

Possible, not enough information on this one. But it explains the other listed problems with the mail system, as that package is claimed to have been delivered by courier, not the mail system.
MAIL SUPERVISOR: (eating donuts and drinking coffee) Naah. It is for CNN. Just put it on a courier van and send it to them. And send that one over there to Robert Diniro that was set aside, and bring that one to him too.
LOL, I find it disturbing, the fact that this dialogue sounds even humorously plausible.
