What the media aren’t telling you about Jamal Khashoggi (Saudi Consulate)

Khashoggi never had much time for western-style pluralistic democracy. In the 1970s he joined the Muslim Brotherhood, which exists to rid the Islamic world of western influence. He was a political Islamist until the end, recently praising the Muslim Brotherhood in the Washington Post. He championed the ‘moderate’ Islamist opposition in Syria, whose crimes against humanity are a matter of record. Khashoggi frequently sugarcoated his Islamist beliefs with constant references to freedom and democracy. But he never hid that he was in favour of a Muslim Brotherhood arc throughout the Middle East. His recurring plea to bin Salman in his columns was to embrace not western-style democracy, but the rise of political Islam which the Arab Spring had inadvertently given rise to. For Khashoggi, secularism was the enemy.

Turkish police and intelligence officials claimed that a team of 15 hitmen carrying Saudi diplomatic passports arrived the same morning on two private jets. Their convoy of limousines arrived at the consulate building shortly before Khashoggi did.

Their not-so-secret mission? To torture, then execute, Khashoggi, and videotape the ghastly act for whoever had given the order for his merciless dispatch. Khashoggi’s body,

I knew there was more to the story than we were hearing on the driveby nets.

Trump has an excellent relationship with Mohammad ben Salman,MBS,as he is known as. IF this guy khashoggi was taken out there were more than good reasons to do so. The Saudis now take the lead in the mid east and elsewhere using weapons designed by the Israelis. We are now making more progress against countries like Iran,Syria, Iraq and you name it than ever before. In the past we had infidels,us,killing muslims. That was never going to work and it never did.

Today muslims through the Saudis are taking out other terrorists who are also supposed muslims,CIA or not. This works and always will.

We offer assistance.Trump and ben Salman have created a fighting force second to none in the mid east. Little will get in the way of that nor should it.

Never happen. Fortunately the news cycle itself will take care of this unfortunate blip in US/Saudi relations. The bond between the two countries created by Trump is super strong now that the Saudi criminals are gone thanks to ben Salman. Our potus will not let it be tainted in any way.

I think that it went down like it did to send a message. The Saudi royals swatted a fly with extreme prejudice and let people know that they did it.

..................

Bingo, you can pass go.We tolerate muslim terror types and the MB,we see the result.

The Saudis don't.

They eliminate with extreme prejudice and as you say it does send a message.

THe drivebys over here will use the entire episode to go after Trump that's what this is really all about.

Fortunately, their own news cycle moves so fast and it happened at a time of fast moving political news that this will all be forgotten by the end of the month.

The drivebys will stop talking about it on their own.

I'm always right.

This was the first report.

"Al-Jazeera correspondent: Turkish police studied the surveillance cameras, which showed that Khashoggi left the consulate building 20 minutes after he entered, indicating that he was likely kidnapped."

Then Turkish and American sources began lying, and al-Jazeera changed its report to join in the mob action.

I told you the day that this happened that the Saudis didn't murder Jamal Khashoggi and that it was a setup.

And I told you yesterday that Trump and the Saudis are going to f_ck up Turkey. Trump and the Saudis will also fuck up the press.

The Saudis need to respond VERY forcefully to every journalist and every company that instantly assumed guilt.

Mob action must be made VERY costly to those who engage in it. Civilized people don't pile on.

F_ck all of you who assumed guilt. I hope you're made to pay an enormous price.

..............

From your link seems the guy left the embassy 20 minutes after he came and was apparently kidnapped!!

It may be a pact with the devil but its been around since WW2.

This is why I despise what foreign policy has done to our nation. It's a "choosing a devil who serves you" argument. Devils don't serve us. I liked it when we at least thought we were a country which strived to have God on our side. We don't belong in the ME. We shouldn't be vilifying leaders who do what's best with their nation, as long as they stay within their borders. I'll add Israel to that list of questionable friends. They benefit from instability in the ME; we do not.

DeWalt has a line of compact, battery operated saws that can handle most jobs.

Yeah. But saying "bone saw" makes it so much more cool to report. /s

Muslims killing Muslims...I don’t see the issue.

There is none unless you are a WAPO or other ‘journalist’ wherein they are not permitted to mention Islam in connection with this case only nationality so we (the readers) of their Marxist-Leninist scribblings are led to believe this is a case of national intrigue rather than what it really is - the internal struggle of Islam.

They do not mention the truth here because they know all too well that ‘accidents happen’ particularly in relation to anything Islam ...

MbS arrested many big $ guys in 2017, at least one of which, Alwaleed or whatever his name is, that was funding a lot of jihad crap. Billions of assets were confiscated. MbS has done many other things to moderate Islam. I’m not going to try to remember all the details but it’s happening.

I do not trust Turkey. But that is not to say that they are incorrect in this case. I don’t trust the Saudis either. But that is not to say they are wrong in this case.

The reality is that this issue is big because The Washington Post had a deal with this guy. And it appears that the Saudis had enough of him. And so they took him out. Turkey is blaming the Saudis. Mostly the blame from Turkey is to escape blame themselves.

If Bezos and The Post let it go, Trump would let it go. But The Post is very mad that someone took out their guy. And inevitably this guy was also a spy for some countries, maybe many countries. And those people will want to know why their guy was killed.

Don’t accept or expect that this is a clean issue. There are likely many right and wrongs done here by many sides. This is between the press and several countries. With issues that range from espionage to favors to punishment for crimes to stopping leaks to warnings for others to personal vendettas.

...he joined the Muslim Brotherhood...

The MB is the terrorist Muslim faction that Obama endorsed to take over Egypt, Libya, Syria and probably the world if that had gone as he hoped.

Just because Egypt rejected the MB after Obama helped them briefly take over there, and Libya turned into a mess... and Syria didn't work out either... it doesn't mean the MB doesn't still have lots of support from powerful creeps, especially in the deep state right here in the US.

The coordinated chorus of "OMG... punish S.A." from our media and deep state voices makes me suspicious. If the guy was working for MB, S.A. probably did the world a favor by taking him out.
