Hey there, Democrat Senators Feinstein, Booker, Harris, Blumenthal, et al. Hope you enjoyed your time in the limelight during the Kavanaugh hearings. But sadly, dear Spartacus & Friends, the time has come to pay the bills—at the polls.
On Morning Joe—notoriously no fan of things Republican—there was consensus today that the Kavanaugh hearings have provided a "huge bump" for the GOP, while amounting to a "disaster" for the Dems. The comments came after polling maven Steve Kornacki reported that Republicans have moved ahead in four key Senate races: Tennessee, Texas, Nevada, and Arizona.

There was a lifting of a veil. To centrists we saw a party of statesmen and a party of petulant children.
This wasn’t democrats vs republicans. It was what’s left of the democratic party vs everybody else. Seeing their actions and tactics as nuts and seriously inappropriate does not make you a republican. It makes you sane.
And this is why it is a disaster - for them.
Note to Republicans...fight and you win. Fold and they win.

Tuesday morning complaining about Trump/Kavanaugh TV covered swearing in ceremony and how un-civil they both were to Dems, Joe S called out all Dems specifically listing women, blacks, hispanics gays,...to make sure they get out the vote (Dem) if they don’t like all the things that Joe complains about Trump on.
It was a free political compaign ad immune from compaign finance laws that he always accuses Republicans of breaking.
Joe is a as much an enemy to freedom as Pelosi and Schumer.
After the mid-term massacre expect the left to ratchet up the street violence.
I don't see Trump as a willing Pinochet, but if pushed, he could don the persona.
Out here in fly-over country we don’t have any dead wet flounders so we prefer to use a pine top soaked in a bucket of warm fresh cow manure to slap them in the face. Seems to work just as good.
