Agree Roberts did the right thing. He received these in late Sept and sat on them so kept it away from confirmation process
Normally Garland would review but he recused himself.
At least he didnt send it the first day Kav was on Supreme

Yep. This isn’t the polluted halls of Congress. We are governed by the rule of law and Judge K has nothing to worry about in an honest courtroom.

I agree. Its best to have a review done by a Circuit Court that is as independent as possible from conflicts of interest with Kavanaugh. I think the 10th was a good choice.
