I won’t be even remotely confident till we get on record how Flake, Collins and Murkowski vote.

I think Manchin is the only one who might be a ‘yes’ - he’s in a world of hurt with his constituents who, by something like 30 points, want Kav to be confirmed and the Dems don’t want to lose his Senate seat.
