Hmmm. When we were driving home from Walmart on Tuesday in the early part of the hearing we were listening to he on the radio. She seemed adamant at that time that she only gave HER notes to WP or a reporter, but not the actual therapist’s notes. Hubby and I were laughing.

From your link -
Later in the testimony, Mitchell asked Blasey Ford to clarify whether or not she showed WaPo the notes. Blasey Ford said her lawyers might have provided the notes to WaPo, but she is not sure. I dont remember physically showing her a note. Perhaps my counsel did. I dont remember physically showing her my copy of the note, Blasey Ford said. When asked again by Mitchell, Blasey Ford repeated her claims. Again, I dont remember if I showed her, like, something that I summarized or if I just spoke about it. Or if she saw it in my counsels office. I cant I dont know for sure. Sure, because someone who wants to have everything confidential has her lawyers trot out private therapy notes to the newspapers.

If the Post has the notes, she has lost all claim of Dr/patient confidentiality. Since her “story” will be fact-checked by the FBI for consistency, the notes are now relevant and should be available to the FBI and Senate Judiciary Committee investigators.
