I loved the question about was it recorded video or audio. Hmmmm I am not sure he was sitting behind me. Prosecutor asked when you walked in the room you didn’t notice a camera. She says, well, he had a computer.
Huh? You walk in a hotel conference room and don’t notice a camera and the administer of the test didn’t tell you whether you would be recorded or not?
Wish the prosecutor had asked her if she was told she would be recorded or not.
How do you not know if you paid for something like a polygraph? A co-worker buying you a coffee a few months ago and not being sure if it was Tuesday or Thursday, sure, but a f*^%ing polygraph!?
I knew she was going to have problems when Grassley told her to stand up and be sworn in. One of her attorneys had to grab her arm and urge her to stand. Once standing she had no idea why she was standing and leaned over to get instructions from the attorney as to what she was standing for. From there on it was all down hill for Dr. Ford.
