A more sensible way to handle this would be to ask Ms. Ford for all corroborating evidence that supports her claim, such as police reports, other witness testimony, and other evidence that was kept from the time it happened. If this evidence cannot be presented, then her claim should be dismissed as unprovable.
As it is, I think the Democrats would love nothing more than to make the GOP senators look like mean old men.
My feeling is that the girl knew Kavanaugh in high school, and has been waiting for the right moment to smear him, and here it is.
Congress should call FeinSwine to testify under oath as to WHEN she received information of the alleged incident.
But because school has started, she won't be available until January Break.
