What is wrong with that sentence?
I sell imprinted promotional products and have been an independent contractor for over 35 years.
The majority of us are family businesses. If everyybody in the business was forced to turn their contractors into employees they would have to go out of business.
One of the great things about being an independent contractor is you can do everything the way you want to do it. And if you don’t work you don’t make any money.
No it’s about tax revenue. Iv’e been a contractor and hired them. Easy to skirt taxes.

Who brought the lawsuit on behalf of which group?

Nothing in the article says who the plaintiff was, but I am betting it was Brown’s Clowns or the worthless Legislature, or most likely both. And I will bet you it has to do with two things: Money and control of these people’s lives.
I also cut my own, but, am getting on in years and am balding. So I can’t do anything as far as hairstyles are concerned.
