Tibbetts’ dad Rob took to the paper’s pages Saturday to lambast those who cynically use the murder to score political points — using Trump Jr.’s own words against him.
“I encourage the debate on immigration; there is great merit in its reasonable outcome. But do not appropriate Mollie’s soul in advancing views she believed were profoundly racist. The act grievously extends the crime that stole Mollie from our family and is, to quote Donald Trump Jr., ‘heartless’ and ‘despicable,’” he wrote.
It was the only time he mentioned Trump Jr. by name in the column, published in the same paper one day after the president’s son’s.
“Allow us to grieve in privacy and with dignity. At long last, show some decency. On behalf of my family and Mollie’s memory, I’m imploring you to stop,” Rob continued.
While Trump Jr. used his soapbox to renew his father’s unfulfilled campaign promise of building a wall along the nation’s southern border, Rob Tibbetts sought to deflect blame away from the Latino community.
“The person who is accused of taking Mollie’s life is no more a reflection of the Hispanic community as white supremacists are of all white people. To suggest otherwise is a lie,” he wrote.
“To the Hispanic community, my family stands with you and offers its heartfelt apology. That you’ve been beset by the circumstances of Mollie’s death is wrong.”

Because murdering a young woman is really no big deal, especially if it’s your daughter.

I am sorry that Tibbetts’ dad has the mental disorder of liberalism, as it exists today.
But it’s still OK to use the deaths of kids from school shootings to deflect attention away from incompetent and negligent school administrators and instead promote intrusive and ineffective gun control.
It’s okay Dad. It’s not about one daughter or son. It’s about what we stand for as a nation of laws and many of us do care people are dying so a dairy farmer could have more milk to sell. Was the milk worth it. Enjoy the next glass.

Interesting that, by equating Mollie’s murderer with a white supremacist, that he’s ADMITTING that there are essentially Latino “supremacists” that are allowed to come into the country illegally and that the last twenty years of refusing to enforce federal law have given the Latino supremacists as much access to our country as the “good” people that come here illegally.
Exactly but you can't get a leftist to understand this basic concept. They can't grasp the difference between legal and illegal for some reason. It's all the same to them. Maybe that's why they are more likely to be criminals than not. They never learned the difference between right and wrong.
